Our rib steaks are incredibly tender and offer the full-bodied robust flavor. Hand cut from the center of the rib section, these steaks offer juiciness in every bite. Great for  grilling, broiling or pan grilling. Considered by many to be their favorite steak. The loins of these steaks have been carefully aged to their flavor peak and tenderness. Cut into approximately one-inch thick steaks and trimmed. The result is a tasty beef steak you will love. The Porterhouse Steak is similar to the beef loin T-bone steak. However the tenderloin is much larger and an extra muscle is located in the center of the porterhouse steak on the upper side.
