• Certified Angus Beef:
Our Certified Angus Beef is at the top of fresh beef, and Charlie's has the cuts you crave. Only 8 percent of beef meets the strict standards to qualify for this premium brand. Cut from the center of the loin for the most tender and flavorful cut, our Certified Angus Beef steaks allow you the luxury of steakhouse quality beef in your own home.

• USDA Prime Cuts: Obtain the ultimate steak experience with USDA Prime beef from Charlie's Gourmet Meat Market our rare top 1% of cattle, raised for extra marbling and tenderness, come these one-of-a-kind gourmet steaks.

• Dry Aged Beef:
Our Dry Aged Beef is hand selected and hand cut by our master dry agers. Dry aging is an art that requires extensive training and knowledge. The result is a steak that is bolder, more tender, with a buttery succulence found only in all our Dry Aged meats. Our mouthwatering steaks are aged a minimum of 21 days to ensure superior marbling, unsurpassed flavor, and melt-in-your-mouth tenderness.

The dry aging process takes special care and requires a relatively large inventory. It is very time consuming and expensive, requiring extra effort, storage and high-quality beef. Up to 20% of the original weight of the loin is lost during the dry aging process. This is why dry aged steak is offered only in fine restaurants, upscale grocery stores and gourmet steak companies.

• Seafood: Our flesh frozen seafood has been quickly frozen at its peak. When properly thawed, frozen fish is comparable to fish that was never frozen. We carry a wide choice of top-quality and wholesome seafood in our freezer case.
